Impact Mill IM-1

A multipurpose grinding machine works on the principle of grinding materials due to impact between swing hammers and fixed serrated plates. Material enters the impact mill through feeding tray to grinding chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried away with air pressure through the blower to the cyclone separator, where product can be collected. Impact mill is of robust construction, fabricated with heavy steel plates to withstand grinding forces and vibrations. The parts prone to wear are made of or coated with special grade steels.

Applications: Suitable for powdering tumeric, spices, pulses, cereals, foods, seeds, plant materials, fibrous materials, saw dust, coconut shell, coal minerals, ochres, chemicals and pharmaceuticals etc.

Capacity:Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Example: Agricultural Products - Minimum 25 kgs per hour. Maximum 400 kgs per hour and above.
Minerals - Minimum 50 kgs per hour. Maximum 1500 kgs per hour and above.
