Special Purpose Machinery - Cutter CU-1

Works on the principle of cutting/ shearing materials in-between two sharp edges. Raw materials entering cutter in spreaded fashion will get cut continuously in-between stationery and rotary knives. A perforated sheet will be provided at the bottom of the cutter which controls the size of the output. Cutter is fabricated with heavy steel plate and structures. The cutting knives are manufactured with precision using special steels to retain sharp edge for long time.

Applications: Widely used for cutting dry and red chillies to make chilli flakes/ pizza topping chilli. Used in chilli de-seeding plant of spice oil and oleo resin companies. Also finds application in cutting plant materials, dried coconut, cellulose sheet and hosiery materials etc.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Example: Dry red chillies - Minimum 200 kgs per hour. Maximum 3000 kgs per hour.
