Rotary Siever RS-1

Compact, dust free, silent rotary sieving machine works on the principle of centrifugal force. The material enters the sieving drum through a feed screw. Sieving drum is fixed with nylon or stainless steel screen of required specification. The fine material will pass through the sieve by centrifugal force and mechanical agitation. Coarse material will separate and collect at the other end. The Rotary siever is designed and manufactured to give maximum output and to separate coarse and fine materials efficiently.

Applications: Mostly used for non-sticky, non hygroscopic and free flowing materials. Efficiently sieves powders of turmeric, chilli, spices, pulses, husks, saw dust, coconut shell, tamarind seed, carboxyl methyl cellulose, chemicals etc.

Capacity:Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements.

Example: Coconut shell powder - Minimum 150 kgs per hour. Maximum 750 kgs per hour and above.
